Among Us is an activity in which you can feel less alone when you are experiencing loneliness. It combines elements of cooperation and competition depending on who is playing what. In the future, astronauts become stranded in space but soon find out that an imposter is in their midst when they attempt to do maintenance in order to get things running again. 

The crew is responsible for ejecting the impostor, and it’s the impostor’s responsibility to keep them on board.

Mind the Cameras

If you are an Impostor, then make sure you don’t get caught in the cameras. If the cameras have a red blinking light, it means someone is watching. So, at that time, you should avoid suspicious behavior in these areas to prevent getting caught.

Frame a Crewmate

As an Impostor, you can create situations that make innocent Crewmates look guilty. For example, kill someone in Among Us online and then quickly report the body, accusing a nearby Crewmate of the crime. This can divert suspicion away from you.

Keep an Eye on Visual Tasks

Visual tasks have animations that everyone can see, like “Submit Scan” or “Clear Asteroids.” If you see someone doing these tasks in Among Us, you can be sure they are not an Impostor. Conversely, as an Impostor, avoid pretending to do these tasks since you can’t fake the animations.

Work with Your Fellow Impostor

If there are multiple Impostors, coordinate your actions with them. One can sabotage while the other makes a kill, or you can create alibis for each other. This will work as a teamwork and make it easier to eliminate Crewmates without raising suspicion.

Use Emergency Meetings

In Among Us, emergency meetings can be a powerful tool. As a Crewmate, call a meeting if you have some critical information or strong suspicions about someone. But, as an Impostor, you can use meetings to confuse Crewmates, shift blame, or disrupt their task completion.
